Ingredients
Onion & Garlic finely chopped
Bell peppers - half of red & green chopped
Tomatoes - 4 to 5 pieces
Butter
Clove & cinnamon
Vegetable broth or water
Recipe
- Melt some butter in a saucepan and add the cloves & cinnamom.
- Saute the onions, garlic and peppers.
- Add in chopped tomatoes and saute for a couple of minutes
- Add the broth/water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Blend everything in a food processor, and then add a bit of milk, salt and pepper to taste.
